Ginger peach chicken recipe





Ingredients:
  • 4 boneless,skinless chicken breasts
  • 500 gms peach halves in juice (reserve 2 tbsps peach juice)
  • 2 tsp honey
  • ½ tsp garlic salt
  • ½ tsp ground ginger
Method:
  1. Place chicken in baking dish & arrange peach halves in between.
  2. Drizzle honey & the reserved peach juice over the top.
  3. Sprinkle with garlic salt & ginger.
  4. Bake at 162 C for 45 minutes or until chicken is no longer pink inside.
