Masale Wali Kaleegi



A simple and different way to cook liver. The recipe will be good with lambs or chicken livers in which liver cooked in flavored spices.

Ingredients:
  • Kaleegi 1/2kg 
  • Onions 2 to 3 medium(finely choped) 
  • Tomatoes 3 to 4 medium(finely chopped) 
  • Green chillies 2 nos 
  • Ginger less than half inch chop 
  • Garlic 6 to 7 nos choped 
  • Oil 4 tbsp 
  • Salt to taste 
  • Red chilli ground 1 tsp 
  • Dry dhania ground 3/4 tsp 
  • Garam masala pd 1/2 tsp 
  • Fresh corriander for garnshing
Method:
  1. Heat oil in a pan. 
  2. Add choped onions. 
  3. Fry it till pinkish. 
  4. Add chopped tomatoes, ginger/garlic, salt, ground red chillies, ground dhania and garam masala powder. 
  5. Fry well till tomatoes mashed then lastly add liver and don't fry more than 8 mins. 
  6. Sprinkle fresh corriander. Serve hot with roti and salad."
