Ingredients:
- 1 Cup Tamarind Pulp
- 5 Dates
- 3/4 Cup Grated Jaggery
- 1tsp Crush Saunf (Aniseed)
- Salt to taste
Method:
- Mix everything together and let it cook on low flame for 5 minutes. Sieve the mixture. Again boil the sieved mixture until it reaches Honey consistency. Cool the chutney and remove in airtight containers. Store in refrigerator.
- Used in almost all types of Chaats.
