Sweet Chutney



Ingredients:

  • 1 Cup Tamarind Pulp
  • 5 Dates
  • 3/4 Cup Grated Jaggery
  • 1tsp Crush Saunf (Aniseed)
  • Salt to taste

Method:

  1. Mix everything together and let it cook on low flame for 5 minutes. Sieve the mixture. Again boil the sieved mixture until it reaches Honey consistency. Cool the chutney and remove in airtight containers. Store in refrigerator.
  2. Used in almost all types of Chaats.
