Ingredients:
- 2 Cups Cabbage
- 3 Cups Wheat Flour
- ½ Cup Curds
- ½ tsp Salt
- 1tbsp Green Chilies, Finely chopped
- 1tsp Ginger, Finely chopped
- ½ Cup Coriander Leaves, Finely chopped
- 1 Onion, Finely chopped
- Butter for frying
Method:
- Grate Cabbage and mix with all the other ingredients except for butter and knead to a dough. Divide into balls and on a floured surface roll each one to a round shape. Put each one on a Tava/Griddle roast both sides using butter.
- Serve hot with curds, pickle or chutney.
