Besan K Ladoo


Besan ladoos are one the easiest and delicious sweet for any ocassions

How to serve: Cold

Ingredients:
  • 1/4 cup oil 
  • Besan mota 1/2 kg 
  • Sugar 1/2 kg 
  • Ghee 1 pao 
  • Yellow colour 
  • Pista thinly sliced 
  • Choti ilachi 1 tsp 
  • Kewra 1 tbsp
Method:

  1. In 1/2 kg sugar put 1 cup water and make syrup. 
  2. Remove from fire and keep on stirring. 
  3. When it gets cold it will become like sugar. 
  4. Grind it or seive it. 
  5. In a pan put besan and ghee and cook on low flame. 
  6. Cook for atleast 1/2 hour, when smell comes out then put yellow colour, choti ilachi(green cardamom) and pista. 
  7. When it gets cold, mix besan and sugar well and make balls. 
  8. Garnish the ladoos with chopped pistachios.
