Classic tandoori chicken recipe in which Chicken is marinated in yogurt, lemon juice, and plenty of spices, then baked.
Ingredients:
- Chicken 1 1/2 kg
- ground 2 teasRed chilli 2 tablespoons
- Salt 1 tablespoon
- Whole spices ground 1 and a half tablespoon
- Ginger ground 1teaspoon
- Garlic ground 1teaspoon
- Vinegar 2 tablespoons
- Curd 1/2 cup
- Oil 1/2 cup
- Cumin seedspoons
Method:
- Fork the chicken thoroughly and mix all the ingredients in chicken.
- After 2 hours bake on 180 for 20 to 25 minutes.
