Ingredients:
- 1 kg chicken
- 8 tomatoes finely chopped
- dahi 1 1/2 cup
- Salt to taste
- Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
- Kuttee lal mirch 1 tsp
- Lal mirch powder 1 tsp
- Haldi 1/2 tsp
- Garam masala powder a pinch
- Whole clove (3) balck pepper (2)
- A pinch of nutmeg and mace grinded
- A pinch of kasuri mehthi
Method:
- Heat oil, put clove and black pepper then put ginger/garlic paste and fry for 2 minutes.
- Now add tomatoes and let them cook till oil comes out.
- Put chicken, red chilli powder, kutte mirch, haldi powder and fry for another minutes.
- Now put dahi at this stage, cover and cook on medium heat till oil comes out again, if chicken is not tender put some water.
- When chicken is done put kasuri methi, nutmeg, mace powder, grounded gram masala and wait till oil comes out.
- Serve it with hot rotis or naans believe me its really tasty .
