Ingredients:
- 1 kg chicken
- Salt according to taste
- Red chillies according to taste
- Khatai powder 3 tbsp
- Oil 3 tbsp
- Water as desired
Method:
- Cut the chicken into pieces.
- Marinate for 1 hour in salt, chillies, khatai powder.
- Take a big pot, add the chiken with enough water for 2 hrs cooking.
- Add the oil and put on low heat.
- Cook for 2 or 3 hrs until very soft and meat seperates from the bones
- serve hot with ketchup and french fries.
