Steam Roast



Ingredients:
  • 1 kg chicken 
  • Salt according to taste 
  • Red chillies according to taste 
  • Khatai powder 3 tbsp 
  • Oil 3 tbsp 
  • Water as desired
Method:
  1. Cut the chicken into pieces. 
  2. Marinate for 1 hour in salt, chillies, khatai powder. 
  3. Take a big pot, add the chiken with enough water for 2 hrs cooking. 
  4. Add the oil and put on low heat. 
  5. Cook for 2 or 3 hrs until very soft and meat seperates from the bones 
  6. serve hot with ketchup and french fries.
