Cabbage Paratha


Ingredients:
  • 2 Cups Cabbage
  • 3 Cups Wheat Flour
  • ½ Cup Curds
  • ½ tsp Salt
  • 1tbsp Green Chilies, Finely chopped
  • 1tsp Ginger, Finely chopped
  • ½ Cup Coriander Leaves, Finely chopped
  • 1 Onion, Finely chopped
  • Butter for frying

Method:
 
  1. Grate Cabbage and mix with all the other ingredients except for butter and knead to a dough. Divide into balls and on a floured surface roll each one to a round shape. Put each one on a Tava/Griddle roast both sides using butter.
  2.  Serve hot with curds, pickle or chutney.
