Ingredients:
- 2 cups corn niblets
- 200 gm mushrooms
- 50 gm mixed sprouts
- 2 table spoon oil
- 1 tea spoon jeera powder (roasted)
- ½ tea spoon chaat masala
- 1 onion (chopped)
- 2 green chillies(finely chopped)
- Salt to taste
- 50 gm bhujia (namkeen)
Method:
- Boil the corn niblets in salted water till just they are tender but not over boiled. Drain out water and keep aside. Cut the mushrooms into quarters. Heat the oil fry yje onion till it is light brown. Add the corn niblets and the mushrooms and sauté for 3-4 minutes. Season to taste with salt.
- Cover with a lid and cook for another 2 minutes. Mix in the spices and cook for another 2 minutes. Mix in the sprouts and serve garnishes with bhukia. This chaat can be served at room temperat
