Spicy Fish Fry


Spicy Fish Fry is an excellent dish served with variety of vegetables and rice. This recipe will help you to make delicious fish fry.

Ingredients:
  • 4-5 cleaned & scaled fishes 
  • 10 green chillies (mirchi) 
  • 2 teaspoon garlic (lasun) 
  • 1 bunch corriander (dhania) 
  • Salt to taste 
  • 1/2 teaspoon of termeric (haldi) 
  • 1 pinch of garam masala
Method:
  1. Blend the green chillies, dhania and garlic in a blender, after you have a paste put in salt, haldi and a pinch of garam masala. 
  2. Then take the fish make some slits on both sides and put in the paste and marinade for about 5 hours in refrigerator. 
  3. When you are ready to eat it fry it in a deep fry dish. 
  4. Served best with daal and rice.
