Ingredients:
- 1 lb. small shell macaroni, cooked al dente
- ½ lb. small fresh salad shrimp, rinsed and drained
- ½ cup chopped celery
- ½ cup chopped green pepper
- ½ cup chopped red onion
- 1 small jar pimento pieces
- 2 hard boiled eggs, chopped
- 3 Tbsp. chopped fresh dill
- 2 Tbsp. chopped fresh parsley
- 1 teas. Season salt
- ½ teas. Fresh ground pepper
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 2 Tbsp. milk
Method:
- Put first eight ingredient is large salad bowl.
- In a small bowl mix together Season salt, pepper, mayonnaise and milk. Mix well
- and pour over salad ingredients. Stir to combine and cover with plastic wrap.
- Refrigerate for at least 4 hours for flavors to blend.
- Shrimp Macaroni Salad is ready to serve.
