Barbeque Beef


Ingredients: 
  • 3 pounds beef cut in large chunks
  • 2 tablespoons vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 red pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon chili powder
  • 1 cup catsup
  • 2 cups water
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • sugar to taste
Method:
  1. Place all ingredients in a covered pot and bake 5 hours at 250 degrees - 
  2. add more water as necessary. Remove beef and taste sauce. 
  3. Add sugar to taste. Shred beef and return to pot for 10 minutes. 
  4. Serve with buns.
