Ingredients:
- 5 Puff pastry sheets
- ½ ltr Milk
- 1tin Puck cream or heavy cream
- ¼ c Butter
- 1tin Condensed milk or sugar as per taste
- ½ tsp Cinnamon powder or vanilla essence
- ¼ c Raisins
- ¼ c Almonds chopped
- ¼ c Pistachios chopped
- 1tbsp Dessicated coconut
Method:
- Preheat the oven at 200 degree C for 10 mins.
- Bake the puff pastry sheets for 20 mins till puffed up and crispy.
- Grease a bake tin.
- Tear the puff sheets and put in the bake tin.
- Now in a sauce pan mix milk,cream,butter and essence or cinnamon powder and bring to boil.
- Pour this milk over the puff sheets.
- Sprinkle the raisins,nuts and dessicated coconut over it.
- Bake this in a preheated oven at 180 degree C for 20 to 25 mins.
